6:15 pm – Dance Teams Check In With CHS Spinnakers
on the South East End of the School by the Dance Room. (We Will Have Signs
Directing You) You Will Then Be Taken To Your Holding Area Where You Can Set
Your Stuff Down, Get Situated, and Changed If You Need To. Please Come Mostly
Ready As We Do Not Have A Ton Of Space This Night For Doing Hair/Make Up or
Warming Up. Each Team Will Get 10 Minutes In The Dance Room To Warm Up Anything
They Made Need Prior To Their Performance. I Will Have Girls Who Will Be
Runners, Who Will Come Get Your Team 15 minutes Prior To Your Performance. They
Will Take You In The Dance Room For 10, Then We Will Have You Out Ready To Go
To Keep The Program Running Smoothly. Below You Will Find A Line Up. Each Team
Needs To Enter The Floor From The South End Doors And You Will Face Either East
or West Since We Are Planning On Having A Packed House This Will Keep Both
Sides Happy. Once Your Team Has Performed You Are Welcome To Find A Place To
Watch The Show. If You Perform In The First Half Of The Show We Need You Back In
Your Holding Area Until You Go. If You Perform The Second Half You May Watch Until
Intermission Then We Will Need You All Back In Your Holding Area Getting Ready
And That Will Open Up Seats For The First Half Performers. You will not be
allowed to save seats and really will just have to take what’s available after
all those who have paid are seated.
6:30 pm – Music Turn In. Please Bring A CD with your
song on it. This Will Be The Quickest Way To Do Music. We Are Grateful To Have
The Company That Does Music For State Drill Donate Their Time And Equipment So
We Will Have A Great Sound System. If Your Team Is Performing Later and Can’t
Make It By 6:30 For Music Check In Please Let Me Know So I Can Let Him Know You
Will Be Bringing It Later.
6:45 pm – First 3 Teams Start Warming Up Everyone In
A Seat Or Holding Area To Avoid Traffic From Performance Gym and Silent
Auction/ Vendor Gym. We Will Have Concessions That Night For Your Teams To Eat.
I Know Waffle Love Will Be One.
7:00 pm – The Show Starts. We Are Having A Little
Welcome/ Bio About Lex To Open Up The Show Followed By A Performance By My
Team. After My Team Performs They Are At Your Beck and Call All Night. I Will Have
Certain Girls Assigned To Your Team If You Need Anything They Will Be There For
You.

Intermission Any Current or Past Drill Team Members Will Be Allowed To Come
Down And Participate In The Drill Down. The Cost Is $5.00 a person (all
proceeds go to Lex) And there will be a prize for the top 5 with a bigger prize
for the overall winner. During this intermission spectators are allowed to go
walk around, get food, check out the silent action, buy shirts/bracelets and
what not.

Like I Said This Isn’t Finalized and there is space
if I have missed a team that wanted to perform. With football playoffs it made
a couple of our teams drop. So if something doesn’t look right or something
might work better for your team please let me know by Wednesday at the latest.
Otherwise if everything looks good just reply with something saying you got the
message/lineup and you’re good to go. Please don’t hesitate to ask any
