Statements 13-14

Dear Parents for the girls wanting to know how much more to pay on their accounts I am horribly sorry I haven't gotten back to you but with tryouts and everything else its been crazy. Anyways my thumb drive I store everything on including statements was lost and hasn't been found since mini spinnie clinics. Sick to my stomach so I will be working with Carolyn Friday to get everything up to date on her end then adding the last maverick center paycheck and having new ones out to you hopefully by Monday! Fingers crossed. We need to have these accounts paid off in full by April 11th please. Majority of you are paid off but there are still a few that owe and if we can get that taken care of ASAP that would be great thanks. Check your emails Monday and be looking for you final statements. Thanks.

Officer Packets

Returners I am guessing you didn't all get my text since the huge amount of confusion still. I am not handing out officer packets until the day after try-outs. I want you girls just to focus on try-outs and doing everything you can to have a solid tryout. Love you girls. Let me know if you have any questions.

End of the Year Video

Dear Spinnies and Parents this is a last call to get some of your favorite pictures in the end of year video. If you have some pictures you really want in on the end of year video you need to email them to Chris Peterson at chris@digitalpaintbooth.com before Friday please xoxo

Costume Turn In March 20th 3:00pm in the gym by our closet.

Hit The Lights - You get to keep that fun outfit!! YAY!! haha

Camp Dance - Turn in Spinnaker Top ($36.00) and Gold Shorts ($18.00) Please

Edge - You get to keep (Black and gold tank)

Hip Hop - Go - You get to keep (Sweats, Tank, Shoes)

Sabre - Please turn in Sabre Dresses ($68.00) and keep your sabre if you purchased one this year.

Military - Please turn in black body suit($135.00), shoulder cover ($25.00), and headband ($5.00).

Dance - Please turn in biketard ($35.00), shrug ($12.00), arm sleeve ($15.00), and hair piece ($5.00).

Character - Please turn in costume ($105.00), shrug ($15.00), black headband($5.00), and red and black headband ($7.00).

Everything else is yours to keep. The price listed by it is what you will owe if you lost it. When we do turn ins officers will check you off for everything you turn in. Everything that is lost or severely damaged we will have to charge you the fee of that item. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks.

This Weeks Schedule.

Monday : 6:20 pm: Please arrive on time so we can have a quick meeting and get organized before kids start showing up between 6:30-7:00. You must have hair pulled back, no jewelry, and everyone needs to wear their black and blue practice tank with Spinnie Sweat and black spandex on under. If you need your sweats text me and I will bring them. Clinics go from 7:00-8:30. It is nice to pitch in a get your class a treat at the end each day. There are a bunch in each groups so you can rotate who brings the treat.

Tuesday: Morning Practice 7:00-8:30 am
              Afternoon Practice 4:30-6:30 pm Please wear Black Racer Tanks with Running Shorts
              Mini Clinics: 7:00-8:30

Wednesday:
                   Mini Clinics: 7:00 - 8:30pm (You need to all be in the dance room ready to go at 6:30pm) Please wear blue and white tank with black spandex.

Thursday: Morning Practice 7:00-8:30 am
                                           4:30 pm please be in the dance room with hair done in a perfectly slicked top bun like we did for comp. All make up on except lips and glitter. We will stretch, warm up, then just mark each routine. After we will get organized so review runs smoothly and quick. We need to be ready to go at 5:50 so we can start gathering the little ones as they arrive and keeping that organized. Make sure to bring warm ups. You will get a packing list. xoxo

Spinnaker End Of The Year Banquet

Everyone mark your calendars for our end of the year banquet on Tuesday March 18th 7:00 pm in the dance room. I will be sending invites home with your girls Friday so please make sure to read it and RSVP. Our banquet is to honor the girl's year and to have one final get together. This banquet is for Spinnakers and Parents only. Let me know if you have any questions otherwise be looking for you invite to come in the next couple days xoxo

Review Tickets.

Hey girls just a heads up at Thursdays night practice you will be getting 6 tickets to review. One is for a parent to make sure someone is there to support you. The other ones are for you to sale to family, classmates, and friends. The are $5.00 a ticket, $4.00 w/ student ID, and 3 and under are free so make sure to start letting people know so you can sale your 5 other tickets. The ticket money will be due Thursday morning the 13th at morning practice. Let me know if you have any questions. People will also be able to purchase tickets at the door.

Here is the info for your posters you will notice this says packets wont be in the office until the 14th now. I just want to get through review and make sure its perfect and not worry about who is trying out and who isn't so please make sure you spread the words and let girls know they will be in the office March 14th right at 7:00 am. Love you girls remember to take a picture of your poster and send it to me by Friday so you dont get a demerit. xoxo  

 

CHS Spinnaker Try-Outs

We are looking for girls who are ready to be a member of a DEDICATED, RESPECTED, and HARD WORKING drill team. Drill Team is a year commitment and requires heart, passion, and the desire to succeed!

Clinic Dates:

March 24^th & 25^th 5:30-8:30 pm

Try-outs:

Wednesday March 26^th 3:30 pm

Parent Meeting:

Monday March 24^th immediately following the clinic (8:30pm)

Try-out Attire:

Black Top with Black Spandex Shorts, Tan Tights and Tan Dance Shoes

Last Minute Details and Schedule

Tuesday: I need the following things sent to me. #1 Who Will Be Escorting You At Review, If you are a senior your bio/farewell write up, and your quote and picture if you haven't yet. Also ABSOLUTE last day to get ads in. I have to have all this info before 11:30 pm tomorrow night please.

  

             We are having practice tomorrow from 5:30pm-8:00pm to work out class dances and mini spinnie/stud routines. You are required to be there this isn't mandatory. 

Wednesday: Morning Practice 7:00-8:30 am 

Thursday: Night Practice 6:00-8:00 pm (Pass Off Routines)

Friday: 7:00-8:30 am

We are also having a parent meeting tomorrow night from 8:00-8:30 in the dance room regarding our banquet. If you would like to help decorate or know any good places that cator please come to the meeting. We want the banquet to be a perfect night for the girls. We are looking to do the banquet Tuesday March 18th. If that wont work for anyone please let me know ASAP. Thanks.
