Thrusday, Friday, & Saturday Schedule
Parents and Girls just a heads up at what this weeks schedule is going to be so everyone is on the same page! I can't believe our first comp is on Saturday! So Excited!! First off Thursday is our showcase with cheer starting at 6:00 this is an opportunity for the girls to perform before they compete so please come support them it will only be 30 minutes long and is free to get into! Thursday your girls will be required to stay after school we will be doing make up and hair pass off and running through routines. After the showcase there will be a team dinner at 7:30 - 8:30 then your girls will head home and go straight to bed! On Friday we will still have practice in the morning then after school girls will head home and get everything packed for Saturday (They will have packing list by Wednesday) the bus will leave Cyprus high school at 4:45 pm on Friday make sure your daughter either eats dinner before or brings snack because we wont have time to stop after the solo comp we will come straight home so girls can get to bed!(If your daughter didn't receive info about the solo comp and is competing please let me know ASAP) On Saturday the bus will leave at 6:30 am from the high school. I will post last minute details for the girls on here Thursday but for now they just need to know that they leave at 6:30 am they perform military at 11:00 am Dance at 12:20pm Kick at 1:15 pm Awards at 2:15. They will be given lunch at the comp but each girl needs to bring $7.00 with her to pay for her lunch! They are getting a nice healthy lunch so please make sure you don't forget to send your daughter with the $7.00. Spread the word lets try and get as much support as we can to show these girls some love. They have been working hard and I am so proud of them! Drill Accounts
Dear Parents Just A Reminder That Accounts Are Due November 25th Please Don't Put It Off Until The Last Minute If You Have Any Questions OR Concerns Please Call Me. I Will Try And Get One More Statement Out The Week Before They Are Due With The Past Few Fundraisers On It So You Have A More Accurate Idea! Carolyn wanted me to let you know as well she finally figured out how to get your accounts right on web pay so she is trying to adjust that as fast as she can! Also I Am Hoping To Hear Next Week Whether The Trip Has Been Approved By The District Or Not Then We Will Have A Parent Meeting Just Wanted You To Know I Haven't Forgot! Thanks Again For All The Support And Help! It Is Much Appreciated!!
This Weeks Schedule
Hey Girls These Next Few Weeks Will Be Busy So I Just Want To Make Sure Everyone Know And Understands Whats Happening When! This Monday the 12th If You want to work any jazz games this year you have to attend a meeting at E.S.A. that night at 5:45 pm. We will meet at the high school at 5:00 and car pool the best we can! Tuesday we have morning and night practice come ready to work hard and don't forget to bring your shoes so I can see who got finished and who needs more crystals. Wednesday night from 4:30-8:30 we have night practice with Morgan Meredith. Make Sure To Wear And Look The Same You Did When Nikki Came I Appreciated The Respect You Showed Her Now Lets Show Morgan How Awesome You Are. Thursday Morning Practice Thursday night is the Twilight Premier fundraiser we will have details on when we are leaving and all that good stuff this week. Friday No Practice But You Will Now Be Working On Your Competition Packets That I will hand out and explain on Thursday. It is fun don't worry!! :) If you have any more questions or concerns about the schedule this week please give me a call!!
