You Are Limitless!!!

To My Beautiful Team: I will never stop believing in you. I will always be your biggest fan, but you need to know that as your coach I cannot watch you throw you talent and potential away anymore. Some of you honestly need motivation every day and that is fine I will do it because I AM WILLING TO DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO HELP YOU GIRLS BE YOUR BEST!! I came home tonight and first thing I did was search and search and search for something I thought that might help it click in your heads and let you know that nothing I repeat nothing is impossible and YOU. Only YOU can control what your future holds. The Cyprus High Spinnakers have 4 weeks until we compete on that floor at Davis and I know with my whole heart if you really really really wanted to win more than anything else you would make it happen. There would be no excuses. There would be no disappointment in self or team. Because everyone would know that they are doing everything possible inside them to make their dreams a reality. Just remember when you think you are at your breaking point and that you cant take anymore. Thats usually the moment something amazing is about to happen and that is my true belief. I believe something great is about to happen with this team. You just have to make sure that you believe that as well. Its time to fight your way into the light and be the champions some of you are afraid to be. You are limitless. I love being at practice with you girls and watching you grow. I feel hopeful every practice that things are going to keep getting better. It is the first of November we have a butt load of work a head of us but if you can stay mentally strong as well as physically you will feel so empowered and amazing I can't even explain it. Nothing feels better than doing something that either you or someone else thought was impossible. Remember ladies the word its self says I'm Possible. All that matters at this moment is to figure out if your head and heart are aligned and where your passion to win state has gone.  Its never to late you start new that's the beauty of each day, so we learn from tonight and realize we all have more we can bring to the table to guarantee that victory December 7th because I promise nothing will feel better. Love you girls to the moon and back. I am giving you a homework assignment starting tonight. You need to complete this assignment every single day until December 7th. I will have a check list of who checks in each day and tells me that have completed their homework. This is the easiest homework and I hope you know this video brought me to tears. It was what I needed and I know what you needed. Anyway so we dont forget the wisdom shared in this amazing video. Your homework is to watch this video every single day until December 7th. All you have to do is text me that you watched it, take a moment each night and really imagine yourself winning sweepstakes at Davis Comp, and live in the moment. Realize this time will pass.
