~Unknown~   Ladies you are a very talented group of girls and I truly love every single one of you, but some of your attitudes are killing our team! Some of you care only of yourself and what people think of you and I can tell you that is the fastest way to destroy a team. You work hard and you are on the right track to accomplishing amazing things this year, but unless you can truly learn to look past your differences, forgive those who have hurt you, try not to hurt others, and truly put your pride behind yourself, and teammates in front of your needs, all your hard work will be in vain.  I feel like a good chunk of you want to succeed so bad this year but I also feel like there are a handful now and then that could care less. I hate to see that. All of you bring something to our team that we have to have but I will promise you that if attitudes don't change I will just ask you to step out of practice. Yes the judges can tell on the floor whether a team loves each other or not but more importantly this is your team, your sisters, your second family, and if you don't treat it as such there is no need to keep working as hard as you are, because when it comes to crunch time and things get stressful and this team doesn't know how to get a long this team will fall apart. So I ask you now to take a minute to observe yourself. Do you come to practice everyday with a smile ready to beat your best? Do you try to lift your teammates and make them feel like the wonderful girls that they are? Do you hold grudges because of things that have happened in the past? Do you respect your coaches and officers? Do you feel as though your coaches and officers respect you? Do you look for the best in each other or do you search for every wrong thing? Do you love to see your other teammates succeed or do you get jealous if they accomplish something you don't? Ultimately do you feel as though you are a team player or cancer for our team? I think everyone of us could do better including me so I beg of you please please please put your pride aside, forgive each other, respect each other, and lift each other and you will truly have an unforgettable year.
