Nightly Workouts

Hey girls here is a list of workouts to do during the week to help you get stronger so your kicks are higher, your posture is better, and so military can be a million times sharper. I will be able to tell who is doing the workouts and who isn't. They are easy and take like 15 minutes please dont let your team down. Love Ya!

Monday: 20 Push Ups Chest Touching The Ground
              20 Bicep Curls With Weights
              20 Tricep Lifts With Weights
              20 Tricep Dips
              20 Push Up To Plank
                                                  (Repeat 3 Times)

Tuesday: 30 Squats With Weights
              30 Jump Lunges
              30 Burpees
              30 Frog Jumps
              30 Mtn Climbers
                                                (Repeat 3 Times)


Wednesday: 100 Crunches Any Kind
                    Plank For 1 minute
                    50 Side Bends To The Right With Weights
                    50 Side Bends To The Left With Weights
                    30 Jelly Bellies
                                                  (Repeat 3 Times)

Thursday: 100 Jumping Jacks
                30 jump Squats
                30 Sec High Knees
                25 Lunges Right
                25 Lunges Left
                                              (Repeat 3 Times)

Friday: Arm Circles To An Entire Song Dont Drop Arms Even Once
           25 Push Ups
           25 Shoulder Press With Weights
           25 Hammer Bicep Curls (Weights Turned Up)
           25 Tricep Dips
                                                         (Repeat 3 Times)
