Competition Details for January 9th and 10th

Dear Spinnies and Parents just a reminder the competition at Wasatch was canceled but thankfully I had already put in for the Corner Canyon competition the weekend of the 9th and 10th. Below are the times for your routines Spinnies. Also is a schedule to start easing back into the swing of things because next week we are hitting hard 200% everyday.....all of us...... 2015 is our year..... Xoxoxo


This is a LONG competition
Leaving Cyprus at 5:30 am
Doors Open to Public at 6:30 am
Competition starts at 7:00 am at Corner Canyon High School in Draper UT
Military 12:45
Dance 4:30
Kick 8:00 ( we are very last for the whole comp)
Awards 8:30

We are competing against 6 other schools I am so excited to go kick booty at this comp ladies please start doing the following to be ready for practice next week xoxo

Everyday from now until Monday- Some sort of exercise/ cardio 20-30 minutes
                                                         Stretch for 30-45 minutes
                                                         Review All a Vocals/Showmanship 3 times each Rotuine  
                                                         Dedicate 10 minutes to each routine focusing on areas you would like to be stronger .

Schedule for our first week back:

           Monday: 7:00 am - Come Ready for the day- we will be watching film- going over judging sheets- and having our team Christmas party. I decided to do it Monday morning instead because we are having our team dinner Thursday so didn't want to do two dinners in one week so you will be getting breakfast and we will be doing a secret sister gift exchange and some fun games. I will text you your secret sister tonight- along with details for secret sister gift.

         Tuesday: Practice 4:30-8:30 Ready to Work Hard 💪💪

         Wednesday: Practice 5:30-8:30 am

          Thursday: Officer Meeting 4:30
                            Team Meeting 5:00
                            Practice 5:30-8:00
                            Team Dinner: 8:00-8:30

         Friday: Practice 5:30-8:30 am
                      Solo Comp - Don't have schedule yet but probably leaving between 4:00-4:30

          Saturday: Comp 👏🙌❤️👯
