Dear Spinnies I Am So Excited To Get Started With Summer Practices. Just a quick reminder that it is now go time. No being late or leaving early, unless there is an emergency. No missing practice unless previously excused by me or an emergency. You need to come to practice prepared every day ready to get the most out of every practice. Just please follow the rules and remember to be a good teammate. Love ya let me know if you have any questions about the schedule. I am extending practice until 9:00 on Monday Wednesday and Friday. Hope that won't mess up your schedules. Thanks for all you do.

7:15 Technique - Kicks
7:30 Tumbling - We do have a tumbling teacher coming in so if each girl could bring $2.00 that would be great. Let me know if you need help with that. We will be in stations for tumbling so there will be 10 girls in each rotation so you can get the attention you need.
8:30 - Sabre
9:00 Excused

5:30 - Stretch - Flexibility
6:00 - Technique - Turns and Leaps
7:00 - Choreography
