Monday: No Practice
Tuesday:
Officer Meeting 4:30-5:00
Practice 5:00-8:00 - We will be doing some deep stretching working on flexibility, going over some drill basics some everyone feels like they are on the same page, doing some across the floors for technique, and working on tumbling and goals.
Wednesday: No Practice
Thursday:
Practice 5:00-8:00 - We will be working on flexibility, technique, learn a quick hip hop combo so I know where to place you for team hip hop, then work on tumbling and goals.
Friday: No Practice. Have a Safe Weekend!!
