Team Trip Breakdown

I will be giving each girl a copy of this paper Tuesday morning as well along with their statements. I am so excited. This is going to be such a fun trip.

Spinnaker Team Trip Itinerary and Cost Break Down

Wednesday February 26^th: The bus will leave Cyprus High School at 10:30 pm. This is a 56 passenger bus and there are 52 of us going. It does have nice roomy seats that are comfy, a bathroom, TV monitors, DVD players, and the most important WIFI and plug ins for devices.  Woohoo!! Make sure to bring pillow, blanket, and things to entertain you this ride will be shorter than San Fran by about 2 hours. The bus actually is a lot of fun and is saving us about $300.00 per girl. The total cost for having the bus the whole time will be $140.00 per girl

Thursday February 27^th:  We will arrive in L.A. around 6:30-7:00 am. We will find a nice place to go eat a good breakfast and walk around for a bit. Plan around $10.00 for breakfast. The girls first dance class starts at 10:00 am so we will get to the studio by 9:15 so we can get checked in and the girls can warm up before the classes. They will be done with all their amazing classes at 6:00 pm. Then we will go and walk around Hollywood and eat dinner there. Plan around $20.00 for dinner. After dinner we will travel down to Anaheim and check into our hotel. We are staying at the Embassy Suites South. It is a really nice hotel. You can look it up online. They have an amazing free breakfast every morning that is like a brunch almost and it is a very clean and nice hotel. This hotel is just down the street from Disney and you can see the fireworks from your hotel room. When we get to the hotel Thursday night we will just check in and relax around I am sure we will all be excited to sleep in comfy beds. The girls will be sleeping 6 to a room. There are 2 queen beds and one couch pull out bed that is also queen size. So there will be two to a bed which will be perfect the girls total cost for all three nights is $87.50. That is an amazing deal for how nice this hotel is and the free hot breakfast.   

The weather is usually in the mid to hi 70’s at the end of February beginning of March so that will be PERFECT!!

Friday February 28^th:  Disneyland!!! We have a two day park hopper. The girls must be in groups at all times with a chaperone. We have 18 parents coming so that shouldn’t be a problem to have at least on parent with each group of girls or you can hang out with me and Sara because you know we will be a good time. You must never leave the park without an adult and for a good reason. These are going to be two really fun days and a pay off for all your hard work.

You are on your own for lunch but we will eat dinner together as a team.  The two day park hopper is $150.00

Saturday March 1^st :  Repeat of Friday!!!

Sunday March 2^nd :  We will wake up, pack up, eat breakfast, and check out of the hotel by 12:00 pm. We will then head over to Huntington Beach and spend some good time there enjoying the sunshine and ocean. After we are done there then we will head to the huge shopping center in that area that is suppose to be really nice and do some shopping and get some dinner before we load the bus at 8:30 pm to head home.

Monday March 3^rd:  Arrive back to Cyprus around 6:30 am. The girls are excused from school that day is they would like to go home and sleep. Please make sure to meet with teachers a good week before we leave and get all your homework done before or arrange times with teachers to make up work so you don’t get behind. Please and thank you.

Cost Breakdown

Transportation: $140.00 per person

Dance Classes at Edge: $53.00 per girl

Hotel: $87.50 per girl for 3 nights.

Disneyland 2 Day Park Hopper: $150.00

Total To Pay To Account $430.50

You just need to bring money for food and spending I am guessing $10.00 for lunch each day and $20.00 for dinner. This would make that $120.00 for the whole trip. You can decide on what you want for spending money. The girls can sale spa cards for food and spending money.
