Monday - Stretch 45 minutes - hold right splits 3 minutes left 3 minutes middle 3 minutes. Pull front extension right and left hold each 45 seconds repeat front extension holds 3 times
Review all facials and vocals with music twice
Mark Each Routine Twice making sure to know changes 100% minus the one eight count in military.
Listen to making of incredible xoxox
Tueaday - Repeat Monday except watch our motivation video instead of listening to making of incredilble.
You must text me each day once you have completed everything.If I dont receive a text from you I will assume you didnt do anything and you will receive a full demerit per day.
Wednesday- Happy New Years

Thursday- Practice 8:30-12:30 - Starting in the dance room moving into the gym at 9:30
Friday - Practice 9-12 - There is a girls game this night we will not be performing at, but if you can go show your support that would be awesome.
Saturday- Drill comp at Copperhills - Text me if you plan on going so I can work out rides. xoxo
