Fallen Brothers Fundraiser

Dear Spinnakers and Parents,

                             June 1st is the annual Fallen Brothers Fundraiser and the Spinnakers have always have had the privilege of helping out with this. This will be my first year being able to participate in this and I am very excited the Spinnakers get to be such a huge help. There is some very important info in this post and I need you to either email or text me back as soon as you read this please and thank you :). So the first thing they have asked us to do is have each girl donate a pasta salad that will feed about 15-20 people.You will just need to bring it with you that night and they will have a fridge to store it in. If this will be a problem please let me know ASAP otherwise if each girl can donate a pasta salad for the dinner that would be great. The next item is the 5K Walk that they would like each girl to participate in. There is a $10.00 entry fee or only $5.00 if you don't want the shirt, but this will be our team service project for the month, participating in the walk. Supposedly the shirts are cool but if money is an issue you are fine to just pay the $5.00 just let me know what you are planning on doing. The walk will start at 4:00 pm. Then after the walk we will be getting ready to do flag and blood alley and possibly a performance at the night events and concert. Because of the possibility of us performing  I need to know who absolutely cant be there as soon as possible. This is going to be a mandatory team activity. They will be serving dinner there which will be $10.00 a person if we could eat together as a team that would be great. Again please talk to me if money is going to be an issue. I do feel bad because it seems like a lot of money  has been asked from you parents lately and I try to keep that to a minimum, but this event is really important to Magna and to Cyprus High and I know this will be an awesome team unity activity and would love for us to do it all together, so please communicate with me if the total $15-$20.00 fee for that night will be a problem. Otherwise just make sure you send that money with your daughter that night because we just pay when we get there. Parents you are welcome to participate in any of the activities that you would like. I will post more details about the performance and blood alley when they are given to me. I just wanted you girls to be aware of this and parents to know about it and the financial situation so you can plan accordingly if you need to. This will be a really neat night and a great opportunity for the community to come together to help prevent suicide, bullying, and drug/alcohol abuse.
