Spinnakers and Parents:
                           Thank you so much for making it a priority to be at the tonight and for everyone being so willing to do whatever is needed to help this year. It really is going to be a great year. Just a couple things I wanted to post to clarify and so you can look back to remember. First if you are wanting to purchase a sabre please send me a text by tomorrow night if you didn't talk to me about it at the meeting. We will get more info on the inscription here within the next week :). Second, on the forms please make sure I have the emergency contact form no later than May 1st, so I can put it in their files to have in case anything ever happened we would be prepared. Next the physical forms must be completed by August 15th in order for your daughter to perform, but your daughter can't get the physical until after May 1st, so anytime between May and August you may turn the physical form in. If you wait until the fall then they do a day at the clinic for all fall sports and I think its a little cheaper than just going to your normal physician, so as soon as I know that date I will post it, otherwise you are welcome to do that on your own just make sure it gets in by August 15th please. Next we had some more spots for concerts come up so we will be contacting those who didn't get to sign up before we turn the spots over to those who already did sign up. Next item,  please let me or Tiffany Anderson know if you are interested in participating in the beer handlers class so we can get that scheduled sometime this month, so we are ready to go in May. Here is the link to get your food handler permit online http://www.statefoodsafety.com/food-handler/utah/salt-lake-valley-health-department it is $21.00 online or you can go to a class that's offered and its only $15.00 all that info is on the website just make sure you have it before you start; we need these for the u of u to so its a good idea just to get it ASAP we will also keep you posted when the shirts will be ready and when the money for the shirt will be due but the shirt fee will be $5.00 max. Last thing is our team bonding activity will be planned for April 20th around 7:00 pm once I know the for sure time and place I will post it, but until we get the details figured out please just keep this night open because I would LOVE to have everyone there (plus you get free food :) ).
